How to operation checkweigher scales

1. Preparation work before power connection

Check that all foot cups of the online checkweigher are evenly grounded and locked.
Unscrew the 4 screws securing the weighing section.
Connect the gas pipe, check the gas pressure reducing valve to ensure that its output pressure is 0.5-0.8Mpa.
Connect the reject segment and the aviation plug of the host.
Check all surfaces of the online checkweigher in contact with the material to ensure they are clean,
tidy and free of any sticky residue.
Install the receiving hopper in place.

2. Zero calibration

First enter the product interface, select and check weighing parameters (weight upper and lower limits,
sorting threshold, belt speed, reject parameters, etc.)
Then enter the calibration interface, put the weight on the weighing platform,
and check whether the value on the left is the weight of the weight.
If it is, press the reset button on the right dialog box.

3. Product learning

Select a standard product, enter the learning interface, press automatic learning,
and follow the instructions on the screen to put in the product until the learning is successful.
Return to the product page, press the button to use recipe 1, and the product is set up.
Return to the main page, press the start motor, and the product can be used after flowing into it.
