1.Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? 
We are a manufacturer. We have our own factory in China, ntegrating R&D, production and sales.

2.How to confirm that the machine is suitable for us? 
As long as you tell us the type of food you need to check and the required specifications,
our professional team will give you the best advice.

3.Can you provide us with special designs and configurations? 
Customized production is available, and special production can be carried out according
to customer drawings.

4. How is the quality of your products? 
Our products are suitable for ISO, ASTM, GB, etc. Our QC team will test the machine for three days before shipment.

5. What is the delivery date of your products? 
Standard size products within 5 working days, customized products within 15 working days.

6.What are your payment terms? 
T/T 30% as a deposit, 70% before delivery. We will show you the photos of the product and packaging before you pay the balance.

7.How about your product warranty? 
The one-year warranty. We will provide you with lifetime technical support.

8.How about your after-sales service? 
Reply to email within 1 hour for machine problems, and provide machine troubleshooting solutions within 4 hours. 
Quickly and promptly contact technical support through the real-time chat tool group(Whatsapp, Viber, WeChat, etc.). 
Once the problem caused by the part is confirmed, the part will be delivered by express delivery as soon as possible.
If necessary, overseas engineers can be deployed. Our factory provides training support for customers.

9. Do you sell the accessories for Products ?
 A: Yes. We can provide spare parts for customer whose machines have problems in lowest cost. 
Q3. How about the packing for product? Is it easy damaged during transportation? A: We use plywood case for package
whick is strong enough for transportation.

10. Do you accept customer Logo and customized ? 
A: We provide customization on machine and logo.

11. How about your after-sales policy? 
A: Customer first is our principle. All of our products have warranty in 12months. 
We give necessary video guidance for daily problems. Our technical engineer can support overseas service if machine faces massive problems.

Main spares replacement :
12.We store main spare parts at our warehouse,if need to change the accessories, you can receive it easily around 5-7 days by courier.

13.What kind of Transportation could you provide?
And are you able to update the production process Information in time after placing our order?
Sea shipping, air Shipping, and international express. And after confirming your order
 ,we would keep you updated of production details of emails and photos.

14.Are you provide product metal parts and provide us technical guidance?
Wearing parts,for example, motor belt,Disassembly tool(free) are what we could provide.
And we can give you technical guidance.

15.What are your company requests of payment terms?
TT,L/C,International Credit Card.

16. What is the validity time of the quotation?

15 days since quotation date

17. What is the delivery time?
Within 15 days after receipt of your deposit.
